SUGARCANE Raw Bar Grill Miami is introducing a selection of iconic dishes from their acclaimed sister restaurant in London, Duck & Waffle. This marks the first time the Midtown eatery tweaks its classic menu since before the pandemic. New offerings include Corn Ribs made with spicy sticky sauce; BBQ-Spiced Crispy Pig Ears; Crispy Polenta made with truffle mayonnaise; and Puy Lentils made with spinach, sweet onion, organic yogurt, miso, and nasturtiums.
Duck & Waffle
SUGARCANE’s signature Duck & Waffle (D&W) dish was conceptualized in the Miami outpost of the brasserie-style eatery. The instant popularity that it gained eventually led to the opening of the Duck & Waffle restaurant in London in 2012. Located on the 40th floor of Heron Tower, the 24/7 restaurant is known for its vast views of the city and offers a playful take on traditional British cuisine with broad European influences. Through it all, SUGARCANE has sold over 2 million D&W dishes around the world from Miami to Las Vegas and even London, as well as pop-ups in Hong Kong and beyond. Most recently, the international culinary icon was made available through Goldbelly for shipping nationwide. The D&W dish has been featured in Bloomberg, British GQ Magazine, CNN Travel, Daily Mail, Elle Magazine, Forbes, Harper’s Bazaar UK, and Time Out Magazine.

Summer is right around the corner, but who are we kidding? Miami’s tropical weather is ideal for outdoor dining all year long. SUGARCANE’s lush garden patio adorned with fairy lights is perfect for romantic date nights, Happy Hour with friends, weekend brunch and beyond. Not to mention, SUGARCANE features an extensive cocktail menu including frozen cocktails which are perfect for hot Miami weather. SUGARCANE’s frozen cocktails include the Paloma Ice and Frosé, along with several “To-Go” frozen cocktails available in flavors such as Strawberry Balsamic, Spice of Love, Garden Essence, Lychee Crisp and more. Lastly, and just in time for summer, SUGARCANE recently changed their happy hour times, available Monday – Friday from 4PM-7PM.
Extensive Rum Selection
Rum is at the heart of SUGARCANE Raw Bar Grill cocktail program. The brasserie-style restaurant’s diverse culinary offerings are perfectly complemented by one of Miami’s largest selections of rums with over 80 different varieties and hand-crafted cocktails. In addition to offering a variety of rum-based cocktails, SUGARCANE offers a wide range of artisanal rums from different regions including America, Bahamas, Barbados, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Haiti, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Venezuela. Moreover, SUGARCANE also features seasonal house infused rums in either beet or lemongrass flavors, and rum flights from Puerto Rico, The Caribbean, and Venezuela. In addition to being the eatery’s namesake, sugarcane is also the primary ingredient in the production of rum.
