Burdo Miami, a new expansive dining and nightlife destination for Modern American fare, has just opened up in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood neighborhood. Helmed at the culinary hands of Executive Chef, Damian Magallanes, Burdo features unparalleled indulgence and entertainment to the neighborhood.
Burdo’s cuisine highlights Modern American fare with a wide selection of culinary offerings that bring bold flavors to the forefront of each guests’ dining experience. The extensive menu features a balanced collection of Bowls & Salads, Sushi Rolls, Burgers, Pizzas and Main dishes showcasing an array of protein selections. Some unique menu items include, but are not limited to, the Machete Burger ($22) made with Artisan bread, grilled beef patty, bacon, caramelized onions, avocado, aioli, mustard, ketchup and bathed in a layer of creamy cheddar cheese and french fries; Green Apple and Cheese Mix Pizza ($20) topped with blue cheese, mozzarella, bocconcini cheese, green apple slices in maple syrup, almonds, basil and spinach; Truffle Pizza ($27) ceremoniously prepared tableside and topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese, creamy burrata, mushrooms and fresh truffle; Black Wings ($28) made with beer-battered Tempura topped with sesame seeds, chives and bathed in Black Barbecue sauce; and Truffle Grilled Cauliflower ($20) featuring pea purée, tarragon gremolata seasoning and truffle oil.
In addition to Burdo’s mouthwatering and innovative food offerings, guests can also expect an extensive beverage menu. Featuring an array of craft cocktails, beers and wines, the carefully curated beverage program highlights several signature drinks including mezcal-based creations such as La Parca and El Chingon; gin-based delicacies including, but not limited to, The Patio, Fresh Gimlet, Last Word and Gin Fizz; and sweet offerings including La Fraga, Jalisco Frontier and In Basil. Additionally, bottle service is also available.
Moreover, part of what makes this culinary journey come full circle is Criminal Taqueria at Burdo. Found in Burdo’s outdoor patio, Criminal Taqueria’s kitchen operates independently and serves an array of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, esquites and elote bowls with prices ranging from $4 to $13. Offering quick grab-and-go service, Criminal Taqueria is the perfect backdrop to enjoy happy hour with friends as the sun sets, enjoy a midday pick me up, or even grab a late night bite. Margaritas and Micheladas are also available at Criminal Taqueria.

The main dining room boasts 2,700 sq. ft. and is characterized by minimalist decor and earth tones. Burdo’s welcoming outdoor oasis is made up of lush greenery with a lively bar as its focal point. The open-air seating area showcases 4,000 sq. ft. of al-fresco dining and general entertainment space for guests to enjoy. After dark, Burdo transforms into a lively nightlife destination showcasing high-tech sound and lighting systems to create a playful party scene.
